TERMS OF SALE:
Terms are Net 30 Days for customers with an established open account.

Credit cards are welcome. VISA – MASTER CARD – AMERICAN EXPRESS – DISCOVER

New accounts are C.O.D. until credit approval is completed. Call for a credit application.

Overdue accounts will have a finance charge of 2% per month added to the account.

The collection expenses of overdue Accounts will be charged to the overdue account.

Prices are F.O.B.. Syracuse, N.Y. in US Dollars effective January 2016 and are subject to change without prior notice.

Prices do not include any Taxes, Federal, State, Local, or Duties or Forwarding Fees.

Out of stock items will be placed on back order and shipped as soon as possible.

RETURN POLICY:
All returns must be authorized By Reefer Compressor and Parts and have a Return Authorization Number before the return.

All returns must be done no more than 30 days since shipment from Reefer Compressor and Parts.

All returns must be sent Freight pre-paid and are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Parts must be returned in the original packaging with no damage.

Returns caused by Reefer Compressor and Parts errors have no restocking fee and the freight will be reimbursed if a copy of the freight bill is included. Parts must be returned within 15 days of receipt and must be returned in the original packaging with no damage.

SHIPPING:
Shipping will be F.O.B. Syracuse, N.Y. by the customers specified Carrier (DHL, UPS, etc.) and type of service whenever possible.

All Shipments are insured at the customer’s expense and included in the shipping and handling charges. If Insurance coverage is not wanted, a signed statement waiving the insurance must be sent in advance of the shipment.

Shipping time in transit is advertised by the courier (DHL, UPS, etc.) and is not controlled by Reefer Compressor and Parts. Reefer Compressor and Parts will attempt to get freight charges reduced if an air shipment does not make it by the advertised time (Over Night, etc.) but can only refund what the courier will agree to.

DAMAGED GOODS:
All Goods should be carefully checked for damage and missing items before the transportation receipt is signed. Any damage or missing items should be noted on the transportation receipt and signed by the driver. Then, file a claim with the transportation company as soon as possible.

SPECIAL ORDERS :
Special ordered items are non-cancelable or returnable.
All special order parts not listed are warrantied “only” by the manufacturer.
